Happy Birthday Charsie!

Greetings ladies...

  The bad news is...all the grandkids had to go back to school this past week.
The good news is that...
"Fall is on it's way!!!"
 I LOVE Fall, it is my favorite season of the year.

My card today is for one of my best friend's birthday.

While Orange is not my favorite color, I can handle it if it has some pink paired with it.

This darling little image is from LOTV ...I think she is simply adorable.
 My computer generated sentiment needed "something", so I placed a piece of a Spellbinder die cut into the center.
The flowers and stick pin are from Wild Orchid Crafts, which I paired with a Magnolia
Doo-Hickey die cut.

As "Always", I used my beloved Copic Markers to color the image.

A Birthday Card for Jaye!

Todays card is for Jaye, a darling little girl who loves the color Blue.

This stamp image from  LOTV  truely depicts her love for her puppy dog...a Standard Poodle named Kloe.

The "Shabby Vintage" DP is from Tim Holtz.
I stamped out Jaye's name with an unmounted alphabet set, useing my "Lightning Black" Brillance stamp pad in order to try to match the printed numbers on the DP.
The circle sentiment is computer generated and distressed with Tim Holtz's Walnut ink pad.

The bow is made with Wild Orchid Crafts Vintage Seam Binding Ribbon in Aquarelle....(Love this stuff.)  The Die-cut was made with a Spellbinder Pendant Die and my Tim Holtz Vagabond...love my Vagabond too! The little charm is from my stash, as well as the flower in the center of the sentiment.

ONE OF MY FAVORITES

Today's card is one of my favorites...my favorite stamp, favorite colors, and favorite design paper.

The DP paper is from K&Company.  I love this paper so much, that I had to buy a second pad, just to allow myself to cut the first one up.  Even then, I found it hard to put the scissors to it.   I find the colors absolutely luscious. The paper flower embelishment is also from K&Company. 

The bow is made with seam binding from Wild Orchid Crafts

I'm not sure if you can see the machine stitching I've done on the layers of paper.

The stamp is from LOTV ...Isn't she the cutest?!  You will find her Here. and the Thinking of You is a clear stamp. (unknown)

I have colored her with Copic Markers, then painted her wings, the dandelions and flower headpiece with Radiant Pearls.  You can see the shimmer the Radiant Pearls provides in this close-up...
